During these gatherings, producers and chefs offer recipes and showcase products that favor the identity, taste and authenticity of the terroir. These recipes can be easily reproduced at home by everyone.
Events in schools
At the Conservatoire Grand Sud des Cuisines, we particularly like to share our passion with children. For “Taste Week”, we intervene directly in schools.
"Les Jeunes Chefs de Camargue" is a competition for children between 7 and 12 years old. The children will cook their recipe, based on Camargue products, with a renowned chef from the region as a clerk. The winner will be able to take their parents to a restaurant.
OLEA is an event showcasing the PDO Les Baux-de-Provence olive oil. During the event, the chefs will share recipes to redo at home, tastings and workshops for young and old.
