The Great South Conservatory of Kitchens
The Grand Sud Conservatory of Kitchens is an association, created in 2001, which brings together chefs and producers from the Camargue and Alpilles. Our desire is to promote the good and beautiful products of the region thanks to the unique know-how of producers and chefs. Our members participate each year in culinary events in order to share their passion with the general public and professionals.
Our products
The Camargue and the Alpilles are two regions renowned for the production of olive oil, bull meat, Camargue rice and wines. In addition, these two regions are full of natural and wild products that we try to sublimate through recipes accessible to all and to make known to the general public.
